The Council has received an application for its Special Consent to permit a cellular mast to be erected on Erf 137, New Brighton. 

REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS APPLICATION IN TERMS OF THE SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT ACT, 2013 (ACT 16 OF 2013) : ERF 92, HUMEWOOD ( 1 KILLARNEY ROAD) (CF09/00092) (SN) 

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 92, Humewood, to permit the property to be rezoned from Residential 1 to Residential 3 purposes. 

REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS APPLICATION IN TERMS OF THE SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT ACT, 2013 (ACT 16 OF 2013) : ERF 453, SUNRIDGE PARK ( 14  KRAGGA KAMMA ROAD) (CF24/00453) (LS) 

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 453, Sunridge Park. 

REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS APPLICATION IN TERMS OF THE SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT ACT, 2013 (ACT 16 OF 2013) : ERF 1310, WESTERING (6 NOEL STREET) (CF27/01310) (SN) 

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 1310, Westering. 

(1)        TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9143 : REZONING OF ERF 1595, WALMER

(2)        COUNCIL’S SPECIAL CONSENT (SC 81/2017) : ERF 1595, WALMER

            ( 62 VILLIERS ROAD) (CF32/01595) (SN) 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 1595, Walmer from Residential 1 to Residential 3 purposes to permit the property to be used for residential purposes. 

In addition, the Council has received an application for its Special Consent to permit the ‘Medical Use’ on the subject property. 

(1)        TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9145 : REZONING OF ERF 1049, WALMER

(2)        TOWN PLANNING DEPARTURE 4599 : ERF 1049, WALMER

            ( 246 MAIN ROAD) (CF32/01049) (LS) 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 1049, Walmer from Residential 1 to Business 2 purposes to permit a business to operate on the property. 

In addition the Council has received as application for Town Planning Departure applicable to Erf 1049, Walmer to permit the departure from the street, side and rear building lines. 

Details relating to these proposals are available at the offices of the Directorate: Human Settlements, second floor, Lillian Diedericks Building (formerly Brister House), Govan Mbeki Avenue, Port Elizabeth during normal office hours. Any person wishing to object to these proposals must submit his objections in writing to the Executive Director: Human Settlements, PO Box 9, Port Elizabeth 6000 on or before 5 June 2017.
